Adequate Recovery and Rest are super important to any Athlete, especially the Strength Runner!

Employing a multitude of various Strength and Endurance Techniques requires the body to not only eat well to replenish and grow, but also requires adequate amounts of Recovery and Rest!

Important Factors:

- Downtime

- Naps

- A Goodnight's Sleep

- Not Overtraining
